Replacements & Returns

At JSTLUMI, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, if anything goes wrong, we've got you covered! We offer replacements in case:

The product arrives damaged or defective.

The product is lost in transit.

You receive a wrong product.

Note: You must share an unboxing video (with the package seal intact) as proof to process any claims.


Warranty Policy

We offer a 5-month warranty on all our frames. If your frame stops working within this period, we’ll take care of it! Here’s how it works:

Contact us and share a video showing the product isn’t working.

We’ll cover your courier charges in advance before you ship the product back to us.

Once we receive your frame, we’ll inspect, repair, or replace it and send it back to you at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in rare cases like:

Product not working on arrival (with proof via video).

Lost in transit orders.

Refunds can take up to 9 business days to reflect in your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, contact us immediately.

Note: Customized products are not eligible for refunds unless there’s a manufacturing defect.


Important Notes

We do not offer refunds/replacements for color variations due to screen brightness differences.

If the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, you may be charged for re-shipment.

If you provide the OTP before receiving the product and later claim non-delivery, we cannot process a refund. In such cases, we advise you to raise a complaint with the delivery partner.

Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If canceled before shipping, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
